Privacy Policy

Rankdays is a focused Google rank tracker. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we track where websites rank on Google — we do not track, profile, or sell you.

What we collect

Account details. Your email address and display name, from sign-up or from Google if you use Google sign-in.

What you track. The domains, keywords, countries, and devices you add to a project, plus the rank results we fetch for them and their history.

Payment details. Billing is handled by our payments provider, Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Rankdays never sees or stores your full card number — we only keep a customer and subscription reference so we can apply your plan.

Basic technical data. Standard server logs and, for the public rank checker, a per-day count keyed to an approximate IP, used only to rate-limit abuse.

How we use it

To provide the service — run your rank checks, show your dashboard, and bill your subscription — and to send service messages (such as the optional weekly summary and account or payment notices). We do not use your data for advertising.

Who processes data for us

We rely on a small set of subprocessors, each only for its stated purpose:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and hosting of the application.
• Serper.dev — runs the Google searches for your keywords on our behalf.
• Polar — checkout, subscriptions, and payment processing (merchant of record).
• Resend — delivery of transactional and summary emails.
• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery of the websites.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you. Your tracked keywords are yours.

Retention, export, and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can export any project's keywords and history to CSV at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing putu@gitkonek.com. If you cancel, your data is retained so you can resume — until you ask us to remove it.

Cookies

We use only what's necessary to keep you signed in (a session managed by Firebase Authentication) and to remember your light/dark theme. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

Rankdays is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
