Up to 200 keywords on Starter and up to 1,000 on Pro. If you downgrade or cancel, keywords over the limit are paused — your data is kept and resumes when you upgrade or resubscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel during or after the trial from your billing portal. You keep your data, and your keywords simply pause until you resubscribe.
